Onyx Oil Corp has acquired 100% of the assets of Continental Mining Company and will operate CMC as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Onyx Oil Corp owns 100% of the authorized shares of Solitaire Diamonds Corp, a Florida private corporation.  Solitaire Diamonds Corp owns 18 domains/websites with it's oldest site http://www.solitairediamonds.com dating back to 1998.

Onyx is also in negotiations to acquire other Internet properties to supplement the existing ones acquired through the Solitaire Diamonds Corp acquisition.

All Internet properties will be leased to outside operators and income will be derived from revenue participation.
